All prices in USD. Monthly plans are billed monthly with no minimum term: cancel with 30 days' notice. The diagnostic is a one-off fee with no obligation to continue, credited against your first month if you do.

What every engagement includes
- A written scope agreed before any work begins
- A named contact — the person who does the work
- Full ownership of every deliverable once the invoice is paid
- Cancellation on 30 days' notice, set out in the refund policy
Prices exclude any applicable sales tax. A third-party cost, such as licensed data or a paid tool your site needs, is agreed in writing before it is incurred and is never added to an invoice without that agreement.
